Hailing from a midnight black grape, the outcome of our Shiraz is a bold but beautifully expressive, boisterous dark wine. Lifted aromas of blueberry, plums, dark chocolate and green peppercorns arouse the senses, while the palate is bursting with dark fruits, liquorice, herbs and spices. This wine will open up in the glass to reveal its intensity and depth.

Perfectly paired with Charcuterie, stews and casseroles, or accompanied with aged cheeses.
