You can find tasting notes, current vintage releases, exclusive wine club releases and any other relevant information in our online Wine Store at www.ranahans.wine and follow the links to the wine store Or simply submit a ‘Contact Us’ form online with your questions and we will get back in touch with you.

WHEN DO MY BENEFITS START?
Your benefits commence once your first 6 wines (or your first commitment case) has been purchased. This applies when joining at our Cellar Door or online. If you join online your first selection as chosen will be processed for delivery once your application has been received.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will only be debited in the despatch season allocated as part of your wine club membership. If joining the wine club online, your first selection will be processed and allocated to the closest season, once application received.
Notification will be made by email to you prior to any wine despatch, prompting you to make any updates required to your wine selection, delivery address and/or payment details.
We will also notify you of the approximate date we intend to process your credit card for delivery.
